Agile Videos

Here are some great Agile videos.  Some are long.

Ken Schwaber on Scrum.  GoogleTalk. 1 hour.

Esther Derby & Diana Larsen on Agile Retrospectives. GoogleTalk.  50 minutes.

Jeff Sutherland on Scrum Tuning. GoogleTalk.  1 hour.

Developer Abuse.  Short. This "won" at Agile2007.  Perhaps a biased jury.  Funny yet serious.

Ken Schwaber on Scrum. Buried in this site are awesome, simply awesome videos about Scrum.  Ken speaks about each part of Scrum.  Every word is a gem; Ken has been doing and talking about Scrum for years. Listen very carefully.  Kudos to Conchango for putting this together.  There are probably 30 or more short videos buried in here.  (You can also look at the Conchango stuff; spend most of your time at first on the Ken Schwaber videos.)

Being Agile is our favorite thing. About 1 minute.  This one also "won" at Agile2007.  Again, perhaps a biased and not wholly rational jury.  And of course at your place, there is never any irrationality.

Agile Estimation, Mike Cohn. Part 1: 1 hour.  Mike is great.

Agile Estimation, Part 2, Mike Cohn.  30 more minutes.

High Moon - Scrum.  Less than 2 minutes. There might be some humor in there somewhere.

Competing on the basis of Speed; Mary Popendieck.  About 1 hour.  GoogleTalk.  Excellent.

Role of Leadership in Software Development, Mary Poppendieck  1.32. GoogleTalk.

Hyperproductive Distributed Scrum Teams. Jeff Sutherland. 1.36.  GoogleTalk.

Self-Organization:  The secret sauce for improving your Scrum Team.  Jeff Sutherland. 1.33.

Where the Hell is Matt? (2008).  Figure out why this here. 4.29. Matt Harding. 21 million views.

One All Blacks Haka.  Your team is probably better than this.

Well, that's a good start...
