Every word is a gem; Ken has been doing and talking about Scrum for years. Listen very carefully. Kudos to Conchango for putting this together. There are probably 30 or more short videos buried in here. (You can also look at the Conchango stuff; spend most of your time at first on the Ken Schwaber videos.)
