If you want access to the deck and materials the Poppendiecks used, contact Julia at Julia.Hill@LeanAgileTraining.com

Read or finish reading the both of the Poppendiecks older books.

And their new book, out now, called Leading Lean Software Development.  See Amazon, for example.

You may find the Poppendiecks site interesting: http://www.poppendieck.com/

You should be aware of the Yahoo group that the Poppendiecks started:

http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/leandevelopment/

You are certainly welcome to read here (this wiki), at my blog Agile & Business (see http://agileconsortium.blogspot.com/), and at a special Yahoo group (http://finance.groups.yahoo.com/group/AgileBusiness).

Please also contribute, even if only with questions.

We also particularly recommend:

The Agile200x Conference (http://agile2010.agilealliance.org/)

The Agile Tour 2010

For more Lean-Agile information see "Agile Info", here: http://leanagiletraining.com/AgileInfo/Agile%20Info.htm

There is a WHOLE lot of info on and "beneath" this page.

Local Groups: In my opinion, you should join a local group.

Or start a "local" group or an "industry" group.

There is nothing that equals face-to-face communication.  Use it.

And go to conferences.

If you are interested in local groups see here:

http://scrumcommunity.pbworks.com/Local+Groups

This gives you a list and other links to other lists.

See also the following files:

Prioritizing projects.pdf

Suggestions:

Put what you think you know into action.  Now.

Find out what you don't know quite as well as you thought you did.

Find out what you need to know the most.

Learn more (for a bit). Act more.

Learn-Act.  Get into a cycle.  Like a PDCA cycle.

Bon chance!  Et bon voyage!
